Scope and estimates
US project proposals can be quoted in USD. Deliverables, exclusions, third-party costs and milestones are agreed before work begins.
Review and feedback
We agree who reviews the work and how approvals are recorded. Changes outside the approved scope are estimated before implementation.
Payments
Payment milestones and available methods are confirmed in the proposal and invoice. Do not send payment until the engagement details are agreed.
Access and handover
Client access, source code deliverables, documentation and third-party licenses are clarified in the proposal. Credentials should be shared through an agreed secure channel.
Ongoing support
Support coverage, response expectations and maintenance responsibilities are defined separately. Monitoring does not imply 24/7 human support.
